The Laughing Babies Contest presented us with a problem. How could we pick a
winner when all of the babies were so
ridiculously cute? Sifting through adorable videos is not a job for just
anyone. We needed a funny man with true Solomonic
wisdom to decide the fate of these baby videos. Enter Joe Garden

For clarity of the laugh, as well as the seeming recognition
that the word "poop" is funny, this baby comes out with high marks.

This video deserves to be recognized for the bra draped over the couch, but flashy editing
and the distinct downbeat ending leaves it too open ended.
